“As a parent, I couldn’t have been more happy and impressed with what my daughter gained from this programme. Across an inspirational week, focused on caring for our planet, our oceans, and each other, she developed so much more than just knowledge — she built confidence, empathy, and a real sense of responsibility. From visiting a recycling centre and planting trees to up-cycling T-shirts, a beach clean-up, every activity encouraged teamwork, creativity, leadership, and environmental awareness. She learned how small, positive actions can make a meaningful difference, and she was so proud to play her part.
What truly stood out was how naturally friendships flourished through shared purpose. Spending time with elderly residents, making thoughtful gifts and cards, donating to charity, and even writing kind messages about her camp buddies helped her develop compassion, gratitude, and positive communication skills. She came home not only with wonderful memories, but with stronger social skills, deeper empathy, and friendships built on kindness and collaboration. This progamme didn’t just keep her busy — it helped shape her character in the most beautiful way.”
“Our daughter attended the Spring School Holiday Programme and it had such a positive impact on her. Each day she came home excitedly sharing what she’d learnt about recycling, composting and caring for the natural world. It was wonderful to see her so engaged and so excited that she had made a difference each day.
She loved the outdoor adventures and teamwork, but the true highlight was visiting the aged care home. Sitting alongside elderly residents and drawing pictures together clearly meant so much to her. She spoke about the conversations they had and how good it felt to brighten someone’s day.
This programme offers far more than holiday entertainment. It supports personal development, builds confidence and encourages new friendships through shared experiences. We saw her grow in empathy, teamwork and independence — all while having genuine fun. We would highly recommend it to any family looking for a meaningful and enriching holiday programme”
